International Society of Glass Beadmakers
The International Society of Glass Beadmakers (ISGB) holds an annual conference to bring together an international community of glass bead artists and enthusiasts. The conference, called The Gathering, is an occasion to become involved in the glass world and make valuable contacts.
There are a wide variety of events at the conference to satisfy many interests. It is an opportunity for attendees to network with each other, gallery owners, collectors, technical vendors and suppliers. It also gives technical vendors an opportunity to showcase new equipment, tools, supplies, and glass. Through demonstrations, lectures, panel discussions, and more attendees can learn new techniques and business skills to further their glass bead knowledge.
Registration is open to all, however being a member of the ISGB gives you the opportunity to participate in early registration*.
The International Society of Glass Beadmakers (ISGB) and Glass Craft & Bead Expo are coming together in Las Vegas, Nevada to create an amazing opportunity in 2018.
While these two events still operate independently of one another, the partnership will offer an unprecedented experience for glass artists, enthusiasts, and complimentary mediums for a must-attend event!
ISGB will hold our annual conference, The Gathering, April 4–April 8, with preconference workshops beginning on Tuesday, April 3.
Glass Craft & Bead Expo workshops will begin April 4, and their annual tradeshow will be open April 6–April 8. ISGB will add to the tradeshow on Saturday, April 7 by bringing our one day Glass, Beads & Jewelry Bazaar to the show floor.
The ISGB Gathering, Glass Craft & Bead Expo, and all events will take place at the exciting South Point Hotel & Casino.
The ISGB is the leading organization for the promotion, education, and appreciation of the art of glass beadmaking for wearable, sculptural, and functional art.
Our mission is to preserve the rich and diverse traditions of the art of glass beadmaking and glassworking techniques; promote educational initiatives and professional development; and encourage innovative use of complementary mediums among artists and craftspeople.
